Registering with us will enable you to browse through the applicants at your leisure, as well as benefiting from a one to one consultation with our staff. The difference with Professional Grooms is the knowledge that the applicants put forward to you will be adequate for your yard and horses needs. We are here to do the head hunting for you:
- Each groom is interviewed and assessed by us to ensure the standards of work and knowledge are of a suitable standard.
- We want to go further than other recruitment agencies, therefore we shall follow your new employee's progress with a review every 6 months, to ensure both parties are satisfied with the arrangements.
