These Terms and your use of the Website and/or the services provided via the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute in connection with such Terms or use of the Website and/or services.

The Terms set out in this Section B apply (in addition to the Terms set out in Section A) to any use of the Website by an employer placing details of employment opportunities on the Website and/or accessing details of grooms via the Website.

In consideration of your payment of the applicable fees (as notified to you by Professional Grooms from time to time), Professional Grooms will provide you with access to its database of groom's details via the Website and/or post details of job opportunities on the Website (as appropriate). An invoice will be sent to the employer upon the groom's (provided by Professional Grooms) first day of employment or trial. The terms discussed orally between the employer and Professional Grooms will be bound by certified in writing with the invoice. The invoice must be paid within once month of receipt.

You are responsible for the content (including, without limitation, the sufficiency and accuracy) of all information provided by you for posting on the Website. Professional Grooms will not undertake any verification of the information provided by you and, save that Professional Grooms will take reasonable steps to promptly correct any errors in your information posted on the Website due to inputting errors by Professional Grooms, excludes any and all liability in relation thereto.

You represent, undertake and warrant to Professional Grooms that you will use the Website only for lawful purposes. In particular, you represent, warrant and undertake that:

Professional Grooms does not check or verify the information provided to it by grooms that appears on the Website and it is your sole responsibility to satisfy yourself as to the identity, background, qualification and suitability of any groom whose details you acquire via the Website.

The Terms set out in this Section C apply (in addition to the Terms set out in Section A) to any use of the Website by a groom placing details of him/herself on the Website and/or accessing details of employment opportunities via the Website.

In consideration of your provision of information about yourself, Professional Grooms will post that information on the Website for a period of six (6) consecutive weeks or until such time as you find a position of employment (if shorter). Professional Grooms will post the information promptly upon receipt or, in the event that you provide the information to Professional Grooms prior to becoming available for employment, following your written notification that you are available for employment.

If, following the posting of your information on the Website, you find a position of employment, you must immediately inform Professional Grooms who will remove your information from the Website. Should you fail to find a position within the six (6) month posting period you may notify Professional Grooms who will then arrange for your information to be posted on the Website for a further six (6) weeks.

The posting of your information on the Website is, at all times, at the absolute discretion of Professional Grooms. Professional Grooms reserves the right, without giving reasons, to remove your information from the Website at any time.

You are responsible for the content (including, without limitation, the sufficiency and accuracy) of all information provided by you for posting on the Website.
